THE NO MORE LATER LEADERS

You Already Know Your Most Important Thing. You're Just Not Doing It.

No More Later is a 10-week group coaching program for highly motivated leaders who are ready to create clarity, develop accountability — and finally get their most important thing done

STARTS APR 14, 2026 | $1,495

THE ISSUE ISN’T IDEAS

It's follow-through.

You have a list.

Have that conversation. Develop that person. Fix that dynamic. Delegate that task. Build that process.

You've had this list for months. Maybe longer.

And every quarter, it rolls forward.

Not because you're lazy. Not because you don't care. But because the urgent always beats the important. Because you're still pulled into every meeting, every escalation, every decision that should have been made without you. Because you get home at the end of a long day, sit down to finally work on the thing — and three hours later, it's bedtime. You didn't touch it.

Weeks Coaching

You know what your most important thing is. You’re just not doing it.

Sound familiar? Here’s what that actually looks like:

  • THE EVENING COLLAPSE

You spend all day working IN your team — reactive, in every meeting, pulled into every escalation. By the time you have space to actually lead, you have nothing left. You sit down, you scroll, you watch something, and three hours later it's bedtime. The important work never gets your best hours.

  • THE SPINNING TRAP

You're the team's decision-maker, conflict resolver, project manager, and coach simultaneously. Nothing has a real owner. Everything has you. You're managing up, managing down, AND trying to grow as a leader — and you will continue spinning in circles until something changes.

  • THE PARALYSIS OF TOO MANY PRIORITIES

You have 3–5 things that all feel equally important. You can't pick one without feeling like you're abandoning the others. So you do all of them halfway — and finish none of them. Every quarter looks exactly the same.

  • THE SHAME LOOP

You've known your most important leadership gap for months. Maybe years. You've put it on the list, started working on it, stalled, rolled it forward. And the longer you don't address it, the more shame builds around why you haven't. Nobody talks about this part — but almost everyone in this room feels it.

  • THE ‘I’LL DO IT FOR OTHERS BUT NOT MYSELF’ PATTERN

You're exceptional at developing clarity for your team, your direct reports, even your peers. You can spot their blind spots immediately. Applying that same lens to yourself feels different. Harder. More vulnerable. The cobbler's kids have the worst shoes — and you know it.

“Often the most important thing isn’t unclear — it’s just uncomfortable. You know what you need to do. You just don’t want to do it.” — John Meyer

That’s not a motivation problem. That’s an accountability and identity problem.

And it has a specific solution.

One thing. TEN weeks.

A group of leaders who won’t let you off the hook.

No More Later is built around one deceptively simple premise: most leaders don’t need more strategies, more frameworks, or more ideas. They need to do LESS things — and actually finish one.

WEEKS 1–2: CLARITY

You get crystal clear on your ONE most important thing.

Not a to-do list. Not three priorities. One thing — the single gap in your leadership that, if closed, makes everything else easier or unnecessary. You'll run it through John's 5-Filter Framework: Constraint, Leverage, Alignment, Identity, Courage. Then you commit to it publicly, in front of the group, in a shared tracker everyone can see.

WEEKS 3–9: ACCOUNTABILITY

You build the habits, identity, and daily systems to get it done.

Daily non-negotiables. An ideal week designed around your energy. A color-coded scorecard the whole group tracks together. Weekly coaching from John on the frameworks that turn intention into action — Vision, Focus, Rituals, Momentum, Audit. Your most important thing is visible, tracked, and moving toward green.

WEEKS 10: COMMUNITY + REVIEW

You lock in a repeatable system for every quarter going forward.

The goal isn’t just to finish this quarter’s most important thing — it’s to become the kind of person who does this every 90 days. You’ll leave with a framework you can run again in Q3, Q4, and beyond.

“What I’m teaching isn’t fancy or special. It’s just simple blocking and tackling — getting clear and not doing anything else.” — John Meyer

You’ve tried accountability before. Here’s why this is different.

  • You pick ONE thing, not five.

Most productivity systems fail because they try to do too much. No More Later forces you to identify your single highest-leverage goal and put everything else in the parking lot. Not abandoned — parked. You’ll get to the rest. But this comes first, and it gets your full focus for 10 weeks.

  • It’s visible to the whole group.

Your most important thing lives in a shared Google Sheet. Every member can see it. On the final day of the cohort, that cell is either red or green. There is no ‘pretty much done.’ There is no rolling it forward. The group knows. That’s the accountability you haven’t had before.

  • The community does real work, not just cheerleading.

When one member was preparing for a difficult performance conversation, another shared exactly how they handled the same situation. When someone was struggling to get buy-in from their team on a new initiative, a fellow member shared a proven playbook. When a leader was navigating a promotion and stepping into a bigger role, the group helped stress-test their 90-day plan. This is peer leverage — the kind you can't manufacture in a solo accountability app or a generic leadership training.

  • John coaches the identity shift, not just the tactics.

The hardest part isn’t figuring out what to do. It’s becoming the kind of person who does it. Each week John teaches a framework specifically designed to change not just your to-do list — but how you think about follow-through. By the end of 10 weeks, you’re not just done with a project. You’ve become someone who operates differently.

  • There’s a real incentive to finish.

Complete your most important thing by the end of the cohort and John gives you $250 cash back or a $500 credit toward future coaching. It’s not about the money — it’s about having skin in the game. The group tracks it. John tracks it. You’re not doing this alone.

WHO IS THIS FOR

Managers, directors, and team leaders inside growing organizations who want to excel in their leadership role and life.

People who want to be:

  • You lead a team and you're still the central node in every decision and escalation

  • You've been rolling the same leadership development item forward on your quarterly list for more than one quarter

  • You know what you need to work on as a leader — you're just not getting to it

  • You've tried accountability systems, apps, journals, and leadership trainings — and none of them stuck

  • You're great at developing clarity for your team, but struggle to apply that same lens to yourself

  • You want to grow into the leader your team deserves — without losing yourself in the process

This is NOT for you if…

  • You're looking for a leadership training course, tactics, or a framework library

  • You're not ready to commit to weekly calls and one public goal for 10 weeks

  • You want someone to do the work for you
